It all started one afternoon when I was out looking for houses to

We
worked on mailing the yellow letter to all kinds of lists,
preforeclosures, out of state owners, bankruptcies etc for nine months
until we perfected the presentation that got us the largest percentage
of calls to each list.
Within two weeks my partner and I
received over four hundred responses and hours before leaving for Ron LeGrand's
Customer Appreciation Celebration in Las Vegas we got a signed contract on a
$141,000 dollar house.

letters and received approximately 45 calls, - great response-. Of the letters
that came back, I was able to use them to know if I needed to track down the
owners, and which houses were vacant.
