We were in the proscess of building and ran out of money. It is 90% completed. It just needs the finish work completed. We owe on the investor side and we owe some contractors.

We would be willing to finish the home if we had the funding. The value of the house would then be in the range of $230,000.00. We tried to find someone to loan us the rest so we could finish it but they all wanted to be in 1st position and with all of the extra costs that are involved we would have no money at the end even after the sale. Plus all of the people that we talked to have most of their money invested with other houses. We would be willing to do a lease offer if we could do something like that. We have all of the contractors on hold and they are willing to help finish this and it could be completed within 2 weeks time if we had the means to do so.
