Facing foreclosure, would like to know if we could lease our home and qualify for it after one year.We have had several companies try to assist us with a loan modification from this ARM bu the mortage company has made it impossible to negotiate with any sort of assistance

12 months hired a mortage consultant to negotiate on our behalf for a laon modification,the mortage company would not allow any relief from the ARM we have two mortages, we were told by our work out officer to start back paying the mortage of 955 on march 2008 and the other loan at 214, the loan officer called last week that Homeq servicing did not agree and would not allow us to have any sort of loan modifications, no defering payments, or extensions, and that they would start with the foreclosure procedures in february
