Why Are You Selling Your Home:		We got behind on our payments and went on a workout program and 6 months after buying the home my husband didn't have his job any longer so we ended up going into really bad debt and we are just now getting caught up but now can't really afford the workout program payments since they are going up. We have lost all desire for working so hard to save this house when it still needs alot of work to get it where we want it.

We have gone on a workout program and have made the last 4 payments but they sent the last one back because the 4th payment was suppossed to actually be 1293.00 and it was an oversight on my part because I didn't pay close enough attention to it going up this month. So........now that it is going up and they sent the payment back, we have just lost all desire to actually try to save it.
