I have done some research prior to purchase and found the rooms would rent easily in our area. We have a Great need for this Rooming House. I've looked at this property for years and finally was able to get it with Owner Financing and then circumstances rob me of this particular dream. I would still be willing to manage after completion of renovations for part ownership. I believe in my idea for this property!
