The home could use new carpet, I didn't put any in because I was told I wouldn't get my money back on it, the carpet isnt in that bad of shape. I know there is a board on the front deck that needs replacing. The shed on the side could use a coat of paint and minor repairs.

A little more info on the trailer, all appliances will stay, the refridge, gas stove, water heater and if you want the washer and dryer can stay as well. We replaced all the floors in the kitchen and both bathrooms and laundry room. There is a centeral air unit. The furnace and air unit were checked out the end of 2005 and came back in great working order, the furnace did have some work done just to replace things, the a-coil was replaced, freon was refilled, and the pilot sensor was replaced. The carpeting in some rooms need to be replaced, they aren't horrible but could use new, but I was told not to replace because I won't get my money back on it. The tin roof got coated in the fall of 2005, needs a coat every 3 years. There is also a shed on the side of the house a very nice size one for storage that comes with the trailer. The ceilings were painted 3 years ago in all rooms. There was a dishwasher unit but we took it out because it no longer worked, plus I like it without it because its more storage. As far as moving, right now its for sale thru a realtor and my contract is up the beginning of Feb. I would like to move outta here sometime in Feb. We are moving to Texas.
