HARD MONEY LOAN IN RICHMOND, VIRGINIA
Message
Experience investor is seeking a hard money 1st trust for property with after repaired value (according to one week old appraisal) of $155,000 for townhome in Richmond, Virginia by Virginia Commonwealth University. Total debt on property is $67,000 and require $15,000 for fix-up. Prefer a balloon payment note for 6 months without pre-payment penalty.
