Hello: I currently have 11 remaining properties (4sf, 5 2 flats, 1 3 flat, 1 4 flat) remaining from a bulk purchase. I am selling these properties 30-40 cents on the dollar cash as is no cherry picking. Principals only. If you are interested, please forward a verifiable proof of funds (bank statement or brokerage statement only...no generic "letters" as they are easily purchase and I've been burned too many times by fakers) to me at ironkop@yahoo.com and I will release property list, addresses and descriptions.
