Commercial Loan

My client is looking for a 2 million dollar new first loan. Currenly he has a first loan of 1.6 million. The property is an occupied commercial strip center in Southern California and is worth approx. 11 million. He will be getting approx. $400,000 cash out. You can email me at mykol1@aol.com.
