	Message		I amd DIRECT TO SELLER BANK and have the following properties available: Property Type: REO SFR, Condominium 1-4 Family Location: S. California; and 30% or less in AZ (Mericopa Cty) and in NV (Las Vegas combined. Price Range: $100k to $900K Light to Medium Rehab 25-60% LTV Buyers only!!! No brokers, finders or stupid chains. To review tape of properties you MUST proof up as follows: 1. copy of bank statement or brokerage statement with buyer company name and name of principal showing (no exceptions..no generic letters accepted). Name and phone number of brokerage or bank to verify funds in said account. 2. letter of intent stating intent and name of principal buyer with phone number and email. Upon acceptance, review and verification of proof of funds, tape will be released for review for limited period of review.
