	Message		I am looking for a invester in the memphis I have a huge coplex there that I would like to partner with what I would like to do is I will come up with the bulk of the money with my lender and would like to find partner who will come up with the rest of the money need deposit fees inspection etc and then we will form a llc for that complex and maybe others and when all the bills paid ie morgage,insurance, Operating Expenses,etc then we will split the Net Operating Income 50/50 and as of now I have been work for 10 years for a apartment management company so I will have them in place when we close on the property so if you feel you could help email me at terrytoe@gmail.cm thanks
