	Message		i have 21 Town homes, 6 in one development, and 15 in the other development that are Builder close outs. Builder will let go for 56 cents on the dollar, with a current appraisal ! 6 Unit Town Home Package at 56%= around $240k per Unit, these unit already have tenents paying a little over a $1000 per month. 15 Unit Town Home Package at 56%= around 315K per Unit, these are vacant, and move in ready !. You can buy the 6, 15 or all 21. All units are in W.Palm Florida.
