	Message		I'm a newbie as well and I found a great way to get information on how to create a buyers list and how to locate properties, what you can do is go to www.youtube.com and punch in real estate investing wholesale and there are informational videos that give all kinds of tips on how to build a buyer list and ways to locate properties, I listen and take notes and have been able to put alot of things together that has help me hit the ground running, the ones I like are localmentor, junk 10l, sam bell, joe crump, these are just a few, there are a lot of informational tips videos you can check out this helped me to get the tools I needed like the contracts I would need to have and a seller & investor buyer questionaire forms, negotiating tips with sellers etc. I hope this helps you, check it out and let me know what you think.
