Need Rehab Investors who can close in 3-7 Days (ASAP)for ALL CASH DEALS. Rehab Investors who have the CASH TO CLOSE IMMEDIATELY. Please let me know the area/location that you buy houses in, at you buy, what types of house that you buy, what percentage do you expect for your return (65% - 70% with 35% - 30% Off the Top), do you buy houses with and without fire damage (extreme damage, moderate damage or little damage) and please give any other factual information.
