	Message		Cash Investors needed for structured 100% return on our A.B.C program that our firm has implemented successfully. The deals that we get are Non listed private under radar. What we have:. S.F.R "under radar" at amazing numbers turn key. What we need:. Cash Investors or L.O.C partners with a 100% guarantee return on borrowed amount in 30 - 45 Days with the sell to our Approved exit end Investor buyers. $30k to $70k needed. We have D.U Approval on the Exits Investor buyers FIRST. Exit:. Security Each Investor will take down 2 - 3 S.F.R's each. We can produce as many S.F.R "under radar' as the Cash "A -B" Investors will take down S.F.R. with D.U"s in hand prior to. Our lender fund on B - C "conventional" to close in 30 -45 days MAX. Secondary:. FHA in 90 days after we close for seasoning "worse case scenario" We can start turning at least 10 - 20 deals a month is not more after Investor see the structure is solid.
