Mentor wanted

I will be graduating college in August '08. I am seriously interested in investing and making serious money in real estate. I live in the Sugar Land TX area and am looking for a someone who has been doing this for a while to be a mentor. Like i said, I am a student and therefore have no money to invest. I heard of these boot camps and such that I could go to, or purchase the $700 information packages that I'm sure are worth it, but I don't have it. Anyone in Sugar Land, Katy, Houston, Richmond area interested in helping a stranger? -dale
