We will have your deal or deals set up where you won't have to worry about loan payments and you won't have to worry about a down payment because we have down payment assistance in place. Yes, this has all been approved by the lenders. We have extremely nice/gorgeous Single family homes, condo's and Grande Dunes properties in the Myrtle Beach areas. Those properties can be harvested with a certain amount of payments taken care of...around 36 months. If you know of anyone that might be interested or if you are interested please let me know and I will set up a meeting for us to sit down or conference for us to discuss the projects available in detail.
