Mobile Home Title Check

In Lonnies book, he states that one should do a title search, how would that work? I have access to SiteX and when I type in the address, I am not asked of the unit number, so what do I do to check the loans of the mobile home? Does anyone have an old copy of the Naked Investor, I am interested in purchasing it from you. Thanks.
