No - Is note personally guaranteed? Yes - UCC-1? Yes - Reason I am selling note: Need money for a real estate purchase. - Comments: Note is currently in a grace period. A grace period was given because the buyer was a friend of mine at the time of sale. No real estate is involved with this deal.
