Hi ,
I want to buy foreclosure homes in my area brooklyn,ny I am a little green around the ears. I want to know what technigue I can use for the bank and or the realtor that property is listed with? Is there a script I can use ? How can I get this started tomorrow if I wanted and sound like I've been buying foreclosure for years.Can you give me your expert advice and help. Thank you
