Does your property or anyone you know have a property that meet these?

1) $1.5MM and up (no upper limit)
2) Single Family Homes
3) Good condition (no fixer uppers)
4) Motivated seller (at least 30% discount)
5) 3,500 square feet minimum
6) on 5 acres or less
7) located in area with similar priced homes
8) prefer to be vacant (not a must)
9) Not on active MLS listing (expired or cancelled okay)
10) deal with property owner only
11) Need three (3) True Comparative Sales Values (Comps) no
older than 6 mos. to 12 mos. within one mile of target
property.
12) Purchase agreement in 48 hrs and close with cash in 60
days or less if price right.
