How is your personal financial situation?
You say "how hard is it to sell a house that expensive?"
Where is it located, how is the market?
Assume for some reason it wont sell until a year from now. Will you be able to carry the payments until then? intrest only would still give you at least 15 K a month in payments....
Count your cost before stepping into a deal....
