I have found a deal ARV $4.8 Mil Seller wants 3.3 mil for it estimate repairs 5000. I need to know first off how to get the money. Second how hard is it to sell a house that expensive. If anyone could help me please email me. I need to close this deal by Saturday 9/25/04 and fund in 15 days. PLease help I am a new investor and this would be a super deal to get started with.
