OUr firm currently is looking to establish a relationship with a reputible entity who can provide us with reo SFR in the TExas(San Antonio, Houston, Austin and Dallas) area. Our LTV range is 35%, with little to moderate rehab, so if we do this at $5,000,000 our package would be around 12 million FMV.
