I will be moving to the Stafford, VA area at the end of April beginning of May timeframe.  My middle FICO is 719.  I am a highly qualified buyer/investor. I own three properites, my primary is in NH,  I have a rented single family in Spotsylvania, VA, and a rented condo in Orlando, FL.  .....
