Orlando Handyman looking for handyman specials!

I am a handyman and love to do the work but hate to chase the deals. If anyone has good deals in the Orlando, FL area I would be interested in looking at them. I have hard money ready to go so I can close fast or we can make a split profit deal. I like to work the area from Goldenrod to Avalon Park and Curry Ford to McCulloch. But I will look at a .....
